ATLASMETABOLIC
What you'd sell

A structured 12-week habit-and-nutrition program + a non-prescription supplement line — that is the business you would own and operate. An optional telehealth module is available in which a separately licensed medical entity — never you, never Atlas — owns all clinical care and is the sole prescriber of record. Atlas provides no medical services and employs no clinicians.

The investment structure

EVERY LINE ITEM. IN WRITING.One number stays off this page — on purpose. Here's why, and exactly where you get it.

Most opportunity websites do one of two things with money: hide everything behind a form, or print a teaser figure that quietly grows in the contract. We do neither. This page publishes the complete structure — what the fee covers, what it never includes, what happens at exit — with total specificity. The figure itself is delivered live, then line-by-line in writing, because real figures belong in a real conversation. That's discipline, not evasion — and by the bottom of this page you'll know the difference.

01

THE STRUCTURE RULES. ALL SIX OF THEM.

This is the entire financial architecture of an Atlas partnership. There is no seventh rule hiding in an appendix.

1

ONE LICENSE FEE

A single, defined, one-time license fee — stated live on the Fit Call and itemized line-by-line in your written Build Specification. Amount: [CONFIG: license fee — delivered on the Fit Call]

2

0% ROYALTY. FOREVER.

Atlas takes no percentage of your sales. Not in year one, not in year ten, not on your best month ever. There is no royalty line in the agreement because there is no royalty.

3

NO AD FUND

No mandatory marketing-fund contributions, ever. Your marketing budget is yours, spent in your market, on your brand — using the marketing kit we already built you.

4

NO RENEWAL FEE

There is nothing to renew, because you aren't renting anything. Franchises charge you to keep what you built. We can't — you own it from handover.

5

NO REQUIRED VENDOR MARKUPS

You are never required to buy through Atlas at a marked-up rate. Supply routes are chosen on merit — three filters, COAs, cGMP documentation demanded from any vendor — and you keep the right to choose.

6

YOU KEEP EVERYTHING AT EXIT

Brand, website, customer list, every file in the delivery folder — yours to keep, sell, or walk away with, on your terms. No franchisor approval of your buyer, because there's no franchisor.

Structure described at the doctrine level; final terms are controlled by the written agreement, which you review in full — with counsel — before you decide.

02

WHAT THE ONE FEE COVERS. ITEM BY ITEM.

Eleven asset families, a six-module operator education, a 90-day success program, and a working CRM install. This is the actual delivery inventory — the same families, in the same order, they appear in a partner's delivery folder.

Asset familyWhat's actually insideDelivered as
Family 01The WebsiteAn 11-page branded site — home, how-it-works, learn, about, services, areas, contact, inquiry, and legal pages — with live lead capture wired in and your brand token stylesheet throughout. Staged privately for your review before anything goes public.Staged site + source files, transferred to your accounts
Family 02The Operations BinderThe desk manual for running the business day to day, pre-configured to your model edition. Over one hundred pages in a real build. If a question starts with “how do we…”, the answer lives here.Print-ready binder + digital master
Family 03The Marketing KitA pre-branded demand engine: 30-day launch calendar, ad bank, reel scripts, email bank, social caption bank, Google Business Profile kit, and print pieces (flyer, referral card). The test of a real kit: nothing needs writing — only scheduling.Organized kit folder, ready to schedule
Family 04The Brand KitYour visual identity codified: logo files, color system, type choices, usage rules — so every printer, vendor, and designer you ever hire produces work that looks like one company.Logo suite + brand standards document

Family 06The Ordering PortalA private supply portal where inventory ordering, payments, invoices, order history, and account security live — so restocking is a login, not an email chain. Supplier scope confirmed per partner in the written spec.Working portal, credentials in your name
Family 07The Consumer ProgramThe product you actually deliver: a branded 22-page, 12-week structured program book — intake, weekly focus pages, habit trackers, check-ins, graduation, and a maintenance-membership path — print-ready per enrollee.Print-ready master + digital edition
Family 08The Lead MagnetA list-building scorecard instrument with a deployment sheet showing exactly where it plugs in: site thank-you page, welcome email, front desk, and social CTAs.Branded asset + deployment sheet

Family 10The KPI TrackerYour weekly operating numbers tracked in your browser — the same core metrics your success reviews use, with one-click export. You cannot run what you do not measure.Browser-based tracker, yours
Family 11The Operator AcademyA six-module training course that teaches you to run everything above — the system, the program, the marketing cadence, the numbers — built for an owner, not a hobbyist.Six modules, lifetime access
IncludedThe 90-Day ProgramThe Partner Success Program: a structured 90-day post-handover operating cadence — weekly focus, checkpoints, and reviews — so the machine gets driven, not parked.Written program + scheduled reviews
IncludedCRM Snapshot InstallYour CRM account stood up from the Atlas snapshot: pipelines, automations, forms, and lead-capture wiring installed, connected to your site, and tested — in an account registered to you.Installed + tested in your account

Don't imagine it — open it. A complete partner build is staged as a live demo you can click through right now: atlas-partner-demo.pages.dev. Optional add-ons — like the telehealth module, delivered through independent licensed providers — are scoped separately in your Build Specification and never buried in the base fee.

03

WHAT THE FEE IS NOT.

Half of evaluating a structure is knowing what's absent. Here is what you will never find in an Atlas agreement.

NOT A PERCENTAGE OF YOUR SALES

Ever. No royalty, no “success fee,” no sliding scale that kicks in once you're doing well. The moment a licensor takes a percentage, your growth becomes their annuity. We refused that structure on purpose.

NOT A FRANCHISE FEE IN DISGUISE

No royalty stream, no ad-fund levy, no renewal tollbooth, no territory permission slips, no franchisor approval over your exit. If a structure has those, call it what it is — a franchise — and price the lifetime cost honestly.

NOT A RECURRING RANSOM

Your website, CRM, and software accounts are registered in your name. Third-party software subscriptions are billed by those vendors to you, at their rates — Atlas adds no required markup and holds no hostage logins.

NOT AN OPEN TAB

The Build Specification defines every deliverable, acceptance test, exclusion, and dependency before a dollar moves. Scope changes only in writing, only with your signature. No “while we were in there” invoices.

04

HOW YOU GET THE NUMBER.

We could print a figure here and let a webpage negotiate with a stranger. We'd rather state it plainly, in a conversation where you can push back — and put it in writing where it can't move.

01

LIVE, ON THE FIT CALL

The fee is stated plainly, out loud, in the first real conversation — after we've talked about your market, your capital, and your model, so the number has context instead of a countdown timer. No commitment is expected on the call, and none is accepted on the call.

You get: the figure, with context

02

LINE-BY-LINE, IN THE BUILD SPECIFICATION

The same figure lands in your written Build Specification — itemized against every deliverable, acceptance test, exclusion, and dependency on this page. The number in the spec is the number. It changes only if the scope changes, in writing, with your signature.

You get: the figure, in writing

03

ATTORNEY WELCOME

Send the specification and the agreement to your attorney. We expect it, we prefer it, and we'll answer counsel's questions directly. An opportunity that discourages lawyers is telling you something — listen to it.

You get: professional review, encouraged

04

DECIDE SLOWLY

The figure doesn't expire at midnight and there is no “only two spots left in your area” script. Urgency theater is a sales tactic, not a structure — and it's red flag number one in our own Diligence Room.

You get: time, without penalty

WHY THE NUMBER ISN'T ON THIS PAGE

Because a published figure without a published scope is bait — the industry's oldest trick is a low headline number that grows a royalty, an ad fund, and a renewal fee once you're emotionally committed. We publish the entire scope and the entire structure instead, and deliver the figure where it can be examined, itemized, and challenged: in a real conversation, then in a written specification your attorney can mark up. Real figures belong in real conversations. We hold that line proudly.

05

FINANCING, HONESTLY.

THE STRAIGHT VERSION

Some candidates fund the license from savings; others ask about third-party financing. Here is our position, stated the way we'd want it stated to us: [CONFIG: financing options — per finalized vendor relationships]. Where third-party financing relationships exist at the time of your Fit Call, we will name the providers and hand you their terms — we do not arrange loans, we do not guarantee approval, and we make no representation about rates, terms, or outcomes. Financing is an obligation you must service regardless of how your business performs, and that math belongs in your plan before you sign anything. If borrowing the fee would leave you without operating runway, the honest answer is “not yet” — and we will say so on the call.

06

WORKING CAPITAL: PRINCIPLES, NOT PROMISES.

We won't print dollar figures for your market, your rent, or your staffing — anyone who does is guessing with your money. We will give you the principles we apply on every Fit Call.

THE FEE IS NOT THE WHOLE COST

The license fee buys the machine. Operating it takes fuel: space if your model needs it, inventory, software subscriptions, insurance, and marketing spend. Anyone who quotes you a “total investment” that stops at the license fee is hiding the second half of the sentence.

RUNWAY IN MONTHS, NOT WEEKS

Plan operating reserves as a runway measured in months — enough to run the launch calendar, build local presence, and make decisions from judgment instead of desperation. Businesses rarely fail from one bad month; they fail from having no cushion for it.

MARKETING IS FUEL, NOT GARNISH

The marketing kit removes the writing cost, not the media cost. Budget real spend for the 30-day launch calendar and the months after it. A machine with no fuel line item isn't conservative — it's parked.

NEVER COMMIT YOUR LAST RESERVE

If the license fee would consume your entire capital, don't book the call to be talked into it — because you won't be. Under-capitalized launches hurt the partner, the customers, and our name. Turning them away is cheaper than watching them struggle.

Want to pressure-test structure math yourself — royalty drag, fee stacking, ownership at exit? Run your own assumptions in Model It. Your numbers, your scenarios, no gate.

07

HOW FAST THIS ACTUALLY MOVES.

Timelines in this category are usually a marketing number: a big bold "open in X days" with no sequence behind it and no explanation of what happens if you take a week to review your own website. So here is the sequence instead — six steps from signed agreement to launch flip, what Atlas does at each one, what you do, and the specific things that make it take longer. Target launch window: approximately 30 days, with Atlas-side steps committed in business days and partner-side steps at your pace — the clock pauses while the ball is in your court — a process spec, not a promise.

StepWhat Atlas doesWhat you do
Step 01Intake and configurationSends the intake pack and works it with you live: model edition, brand direction, market, service lineup, program naming, contact and hours, printer preferences. Everything downstream is generated from these answers, so we would rather spend an extra session here than rebuild later.Answer intake completely. Name the entity, secure the domain, and confirm the model edition. Incomplete intake is the single most common reason a build sits still.
Step 02Build generationGenerates your configured build — the asset families, the 11-page site, the consumer program, the binder, the brand kit, the marketing kit, the staff pack, the tracker, the Academy access, the Growth Kit masters — and stages the site privately for review.Nothing. This is the quiet stretch on your side. Use it to line up your printer, your space decision if your model needs one, and any hiring.
Step 03Your review passHands you a private staged link and a revision log, then works your marked-up changes: copy, imagery, brand details, service descriptions, offer wording.Read it and mark it up — properly, once, rather than in five partial passes. This step is the biggest variable in the whole calendar and it belongs to you.
Step 04CRM install and lead-capture wiringStands up your CRM from the Atlas snapshot: pipelines, automations, forms, notifications, and the site lead-capture connection — installed and tested end to end, in an account registered to you.Own the accounts and grant access. Connect domain DNS, approve sending identity, confirm where leads and alerts land. Access delays here stop the wiring cold.
Step 05Content stage and compliance sweepStages the 30-day launch calendar, the ad concepts and reel scripts, the Google Business Profile kit, and the print files; then runs the claims-language sweep across everything carrying your brand — DSHEA "supports" discipline, no drug language, staff guardrails aligned.Send the specification, the agreement, and the public-facing language to your counsel. Place the print order. Schedule staff training in the Academy.
Step 06Launch flipPublishes the site on your domain, confirms lead capture is live from a real test submission, hands over the delivery folder and credentials, and starts the 90-day Partner Success cadence.Pick the date and press the button. You control launch day — nobody at Atlas flips your site live on a schedule you did not choose.

THE GATING ITEMS, NAMED

Three things genuinely control the calendar, and only one of them is ours. Your review speed — the build waits at step 03 exactly as long as you do, and partners who block two focused hours move faster than partners who review in ten-minute pieces over three weeks. Your counsel's sweep — outside our control, worth every day it takes, and we will never ask you to skip it to hit a date. Supply activation — portal account setup and first inventory landing run on the supply relationship's own clock: [CONFIG: supply activation lead time — per supply decision]. Behind those: domain and DNS access, registrar transfers, printer turnaround, and your own hiring if your model needs staff on day one.

WHAT MAKES IT FASTER

A complete intake on the first pass. One decision-maker who can actually approve copy. Domain and account access handed over early. Counsel briefed before the specification lands rather than after. A printer chosen in step 02 instead of step 05. None of that is a trick — it is just removing the waiting.

WHAT WE WILL NOT COMPRESS

The compliance sweep, the acceptance tests on the CRM wiring, and your attorney's review. If holding those pushes launch day, launch day moves. A site that goes live with untested lead capture or unswept claims language is not a fast launch — it is a fast problem, and you would be the one holding it.

The schedule that governs your build is the one in your written Build Specification, agreed with dates and dependencies before work starts. Nothing on this page is a guaranteed delivery date, and the sequence above describes the process, not an outcome.

08

STRAIGHT QUESTIONS, STRAIGHT ANSWERS.

All business values not yet finalized are marked as configuration items and confirmed in writing before any agreement. Nothing on this page is a promise of results, legal advice, or financial advice. Final terms are controlled by the written agreement.
